My practice blends mindfulness-based stress mitigation strategies with Reiki energy work. I use Japanese and Tibetan Reiki techniques to balance and enhance your energy field, and breathing and visualization exercises that you can carry with you and apply anywhere. Through assessment and interviewing, I will tailor your plan of care to your individual needs.
Far away? Don’t worry! Distance Reiki sessions are available. Call for an appointment, and you can receive Reiki wherever you are.
